Cooking tonight with some of the great stuff I’ve been getting from my CSA share. Tonight I made using a baguette from TASI a chevre panini one of my favorite street foods in Paris (goat cheese and tomato. Some salt and pepper voilĂ ) also made some green beans with some shallots, sauted and then finished with a bit of chicken broth to steam and then to use some of the small tomatoes I tore up some basil from my porch, tossed in some fresh mozzerella, salt, pepper, olive oil, and some nice aged syrupy balsamic – tasty!
